Refund / Return / Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns / exchange due to the shipment complexities. For any damaged items upon received, please contact us at info@jflyte.com which we will look into for possible refunds.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase and clear photos of the defective items.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, wrong sizing chosen or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be considered for any refunds.

Once we have completed inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you will be contacted on the refund process.
